Rear Extension Replaces Conservatory

Project Cost: £150,000 approx.

Internal alterations improved the flow between rooms, unlocked additional space and created a large kitchen and dining area with extra ceiling height. New skylights and a raised internal ceiling provide a feeling of light and space.

The extension blends comfortably with the existing house and was approved within Permitted Development Rights.

The entrance porch was also replaced with a more attractive and welcoming oak-framed canopy.
